Return Policy | PogoTec
PogoTec offers two kinds of returns: (1) those made within thirty (30) days of purchase for any reason and (2) those made for defective or malfunctioning equipment under PogoTec’s One Year Limited Warranty. The policies governing both types of returns are detailed below.
30-Day Money Back Return Policy

30-DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
PogoTec, Inc. (“PogoTec” or “us”) will only accept returns of PogoCams that are purchased directly from the PogoTec.com website. If you have purchased your PogoCam from a third-party retailer or website, returns are subject to the terms of sale of that retailer or website and must be made to that retailer or website as allowed under its own return policy and sales terms. Purchases of PogoCams made from Amazon.com must also be returned directly to Amazon.com under the return policy that applies to your purchase from this website.
Returns for Purchases from the Pogotec.com Website
If, at any time within thirty (30) days after your date of purchase, you are not 100% satisfied with your PogoCam for any reason, and you have purchased your PogoCam directly from the PogoTec website, you are entitled to apply for a full refund by following the steps set out in this Return Policy. To make a return, please include your PogoCam, as well as all components for it, including the original packaging. If any items are missing, damaged or don’t work, due to reasons not covered under warranty, the unit is ineligible for a refund pursuant to this Return Policy.
Any shipping fees that you paid when you purchased your PogoCam online from the PogoTec.com website are non-refundable, even if you are eligible for a refund under this Return Policy. Shipping of the return product is the responsibility of the customer. PogoTec will not be responsible for any other ancillary costs associated with shipping that you might incur in making a return.
Follow these steps to obtain a refund:
- Visit our website. Click on the “Customer Care” section of our Support Page at <support.PogoTec.com>, to initiate the return process. As part of this process, you will need to supply certain information, such as your name, order number, telephone number, email address, and street address. You can also contact our Customer Service Team for help with your product using the contact information provided.
- Approval of your return. Once you submit your return request, you will be notified by email if your return has been approved.
- Ship your PogoCam. Once your return has been approved, you will package your PogoCam according to our return guidelines. You must return all items in their original packaging back to us for a refund. This includes: 1 PogoCam, 3 PogoLoops, 1 smart case, 3 Safety rings, 1 Quick start guide, 1 USB-C charging and uploading cable. If any of these items is missing, we will not authorize your refund. Shipping of the return product is the responsibility of the customer.
- Receive your refund. Upon receipt of the returned PogoCam and all components therefor, we will contact you by email to confirm that your return has been approved by meeting all of the requirements of this Return Policy, including that you have returned 100% of all original components in undamaged condition. Once this confirmation is given, we will credit you for the full purchase price, exclusive of any shipping charges that you paid when you made your original purchase. Refund will made be to the original payment method.
Limitation. For returns made pursuant to our thirty (30)-day money back return policy, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you purchased more than one (1) PogoCam from us at the same time, and intend to return more than one (1) PogoCam to us, the products must be returned together in a single package under one (1) tracking number.
Holiday Returns. Orders made after November 15th are eligible to be returned until January 31st of the following year, or within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, whichever is longer.
